Entry Level to Senior Level Software Developers (Multiple positions):

 

Qualification

  • Planning and coordinating the application enhancements and performance tuning activities

  • Configuring / setting up Batch jobs using BMC Control M which is a job scheduling and workload automation software and helps speed up and simplify application delivery, improve SLAs.

  • Monitoring the infrastructure e.g. database, Unix and windows servers to make sure the production batches run seamless and generate reports within the SLA to the business users.

  • Performing UAT (User acceptance testing) with the business users before releasing the changes to production.

  • Analyzing complex user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing System design.

  • Working on the technologies Unix/Linux, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle SQL Loader, Control M, Shell Scripts, focusing on Batch Support, User Support, Incident and Problem management, Change & Release Management, automating recurring tasks by writing Unix Shell Scripts and tools like NICE Actimize, Service Now, Splunk.

  • Must be willing to travel for setting up various systems across the nation and perform feasibility studies. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience

Sr. Software Developer

​Qualification

  • 3 - 6+ years experience as a software developer

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience 

  • For certain positions, we accept degree equivalent in education & experience or any equally suitable combination of education training and/or experience which would qualify applicant to perform duties of job offered.

  • Expertise to one of the following: Java, Javascript, C++, C .Net

  • Deep experience with SQL

  • Experience of Full Life Cycle Software Development in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodology

  • Ability to review current code and documentation to suggest performance enhancements/changes needed

  • Comfortable leading a team of qualified Software Engineers

  • Has experience in building and deploying in cloud environments

  • Ability to interface with business to understand and document business requirements

​Qualification

  • 3 - 5+ years experience of Product/Program Management

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience

  • Ability to manage feature requests, set priorities, write specs and schedule releases

  • Review Use-Cases and Customer Requirements and prioritize them for the development team

  • Partner with technical managers on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates

  • APICS or Six Sigma Certification preferred

  • Proven track record leading, managing, coaching and developing a team

  • Ability to take initiative and produce results with great communication and collaboration skills

  • Develop, modify and work using the technologies such as IBM WebSphere Suite AWS Cloud, Migrations, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft IIS, WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, Splunk, AppDynamics, Cloud Metrics, Jenkins, Bamboo AWS Code Pipeline, AWS Code Deploy, GitHub, IBM ALM RTC, PowerShell, Python, Shell, AWS CLI, IBM Workload Scheduler, Autosys, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHP, SFTP, DFS, VPC, Internet Gateway, Oracle PL SQL, Dev Exchange, POSTMAN, SOAPUI.

  • Develop system engineering, software engineering, system integration, or distributed system architectures.

  • Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information.

  • Automate every possible aspect of the infrastructure to avoid repetitive work and avoid manual human error to maximize efficiency, accuracy and ease of use.

  • Perform feasibility studies and may require traveling to set up systems across the nation.
